Structural profiles are made by pultrusion, which is a continuous process, where the reinforcing fibres are impregnated with a thermosetting resin. After the impregnation with resin, the fibres are led into the heated tool according to the shapes of the profiles. In the tool, the profile is cured and then pulled out and cut to the required length.

Features of structural profiles:
Corrosion Resistance Low Installation Cost
Fire Retardant Long Service Life
Low Maintenance Electrically & Thermally Non-Conductive
Light Weight Synthetic Veil for Added Protection
Applications of structural profiles:
Handrails and Ladders Access Platform
Mezzanines Walkways and Bridges
Maintenance Platform Pipe and Equipment SupEmbedded Angleports
Tank Cover and Supports Building and Sheds
